MEMBERSHIPS will be subject to the approval of the GGTC General Management Committee (GMC), in accordance with GGTC Constitution and its Rules and Conditions.
FEES are NON REFUNDABLE and must be paid within 7 Days of Lodgment otherwise Applications will be withdrawn.
GGTC MEMBERSHIP only transpires after the GGTC Treasurer has receipted your Fees. At which time, ACCEPTANCE of the GGTC Rules and By-Laws will come into immediate effect.
ACCEPTANCES of Decisions made by the GGTC GMC regarding Social Membership are final with no further correspondence entered into.
WITHDRAWAL - Any costs associated with a member's withdrawal from membership, i.e. Nomination, Registration, Insurance Fees, Keys, may be fully recoverable by the GGTC. These costs may vary from $30 (Minimum) up to the Member's Full Fees.
VIOLATION of this agreement; e.g. un financial members, unacceptable or unsporstmanlike behavior, or any other action which GGTC Committee believes may bring GGTC into disrepute, entitles the Committee to take any action against its members it seems fit, including but not limited to
Immediate Suspension from playing / participating in any activity involving GGTC,
Blacklisting and having their Player Registration with NETA and Tennis SA withdrawn,
Withdrawal from the GGTC and not being re-instated until a time decided by the Committee.
LIQUOR CONSUMPTION on or near the court is strictly forbidden.
NO LIABILITY or REPONSIBILITY will be accepted for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance on any of the GGTC organised activities except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of the Club or Organisers. Members play at their own risk.
Members will be liable for DAMAGE caused to any GGTC court equipment that occurs as a result of reckless or negligent behavior. All damage must be reported to the Social Coordinator.

COMPETITION TENNIS
TEAMS will be selected from members on the following sequential basis,
1 - Fully Financial,
2 - Order of Merit: GGTC Selection Committee ranks Players by their match results and ability.
3 - Friendships.
FILL IN/S, i.e. non registered GGTC player/s, who play more than 3 competitive games for the GGTC, in any competition, will be deemed as accepting this agreement. Fill-ins may be liable for FEE ranging from $30 (Minimum) - Player's Full Fees which will be pro rata based on the number of matches played.
CLUB SHIRT is a compulsory part of the GGTC Junior uniform and must be worn at all times when representing GGTC. It is optional for Seniors, but our SHIRT POLICY is under review.
SUPPORT the GGTC and North East Tennis Association (NETA) Rules, Regulations, By-Laws, Constitution, while supporting your team. Abide by the GGTC CODE OF CONDUCT.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS
MEMBERSHIPS are renewable on the same day of each year. They are transferable on a day by day basis with other family members. Transferees must carry "Proof of Membership" ID.
KEY DEPOSIT is payable once only unless lost or damaged. The Deposit will be returned once membership ceases on condition that the Court Key is returned immediately in excellent working order.
COURT KEY remains the property of the GGTC and the sole responsibility of the Social member.
Each Social Member is allowed to bring up to 3 additional players when using the courts.
PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP - Any person found using GGTC's facilities who can not identify themselves as GGTC Member, when asked by GMC Member may be asked to leave the courts immediately.
MEMBERSHIP REVOCATION may result for repeat Failures to produce Membership.
